2. Pick a center

It lists collision centers near you, Assurity Certified first, with addresses, phone numbers and business hours.

3. Send your request

It gives you a link that opens the center’s request form already filled in. Add your name and phone number and send it. The center confirms the time with you.

What It Can Do

Four Read-Only Tools

  • Find collision centers near a ZIP code or in a city.
  • Get a collision center: address, phone, website and business hours for the week, when known.
  • Get an appointment request link that opens the center’s form with your vehicle, the damage and a preferred day and time filled in.
  • Get collision repair guidance: our guides on your rights after a crash, choosing a body shop, estimates and costs, ADAS calibration, insurer repair programs and diminished value.

The connector only reads public listings and guides. It never books, sends or changes anything, and it never asks for your name, phone number or email. Business hours are not open appointment times; the center confirms your time after you send the request.

Privacy and Support

What We See

We record which assistant called the connector, which tool it used and when, so we can keep it running and count its use. We don’t receive your conversation. What you type on a request form goes to the collision center you chose, the same as any request made on this site. Details are in our privacy policy.
